Here's the next few from the start of my 30 minute practices. Once again keep in mind- time limit 30 minute, that's including props and constraints... Essentially a practice in time efficiency with blocking.
30 Minute part 1
Something I do each day in the aim of speeding up my workflow is a 30 minute animation exercise. I'm using the Animation Mentor Stewart rig, a great rig that's easy to use on the fly. If you're interested, it also is the first rig I've seen with a ik/fk matching script built into the anim controls. 10/10, would toggle.
They aren't polished by any means, I intend to keep these exercises as a short form idea display- sketching but for animation if you will :D
Here's the first batch, I'll post a few a day over the next couple days until the blog is current with my latest. All chronologically ordered from the past number of months, I hope you note some advancement through the vids.
Progress
Squarespace is damn skippy- plenty of functionality beyond what I expected. Great website building assistant.
I Digress!
The "Driven" short film I've been collaborating with my colleagues on is merely a few weeks from debuting at...someplace! I'll post when I know so all you fine crickets can attend.
In addition, official graduation and diploma is coming up in just a few months for me- my secret demo reel is all put together and good to go, for you fine folks checking out my site can find it here: https://vimeo.com/73351868 or the portfolio page
